The major spice of the plantation is vanilla, furthermore true ceylon cinnamon, cocoa, black pepper, allspice, turmeric, and a variety of exotic fruits grow there.
First you start with visiting the warehouse where spices are dried, processed and packaged. The tour goes on with a gentle walk through the areal on a winding garden-like path where you can experience the sights, aromas and tasts of tropical spices. When we arrive at the view point the in-house pastry chef will prepare a variety of flavorful drinks and gourmet spice treats for you and your group to sample. All items are made fresh on the farm from scratch and use as many ingredients from the plantation as possible.
